What I’m saying are the factors are time with Adele for both myself and charli. It’s not about the flexibility or lack there of. We’ve followed the same weekend/week schedule for years so I’m just not understanding why now it’s so imperative to swap the weeks which would ultimately end up taking away time from me and charli. We tried the opposite weeks before and it put me working weekends when I had Adele which put her with Todd and Amelia and was one of the biggest issues that led to her seeing melissa more. The days I posted are the only days I have on the official schedule. The new one has not yet been posted. And since my work schedule isn’t a factor, I wont be putting the rest of my work days. You keep saying it’s about Adele’s schedule yet you keep bringing up every other schedule which isn’t the point. What I’m understanding is you need to swap the weeks so Adele has time with her cousins. Not because it gives her more time with you. Not because there’s some change in your work schedule or otherwise that requires such change. No other reason that I can see other than to see the boys even though I’ve offered to give days for her to have time for them also. So in conclusion, the swap from what we have been doing will allow her to have time with her cousins and cause lost time with her mother and sister.

When I asked why she said that, she said “well because I’m tired and I wouldn’t have gone if I knew I was going to have to work,” again, with an attitude. So, as I’ve told her before, having her phone is a privilege. Having an attitude, being disrespectful, and ungrateful results in a lost privilege. You’ll still be able to reach her on my phone.

Yes and normally I would agree, but just prior to being told about chores she was talking about going play at the neighbors house. It wasn't until she was told about chores that she had the attitude. I had reached out to Mr. Leblanc to verify today’s event was optional, and he confirmed, saying Adele was good to go. And I agree, if something school related is mandatory, she won’t be skipping.

As said before. The road conditions today are worse than they will be tomorrow night and or Saturday yet you are offering and willing to drive and exchange her twice today! This is your way of trying to control situations. Your comment about her safety completely contradicts your willingness to put her on the road twice today. There isn't always prior knowledge of nurse/patient ratio, especially on weekends. If given the opportunity on weekends when I have Adele I will accept the day off from work once there if it presents itself so I can spend quality time with my daughter.

You and I did not discuss it already. You just told me yesterday morning that you originally scheduled Adele to see Dr. Coreil today. I asked you what you originally scheduled her to see Adele for and you said, for general concerns to which I asked, what general concerns you had about Adele's health that warranted you scheduling her to see her primary physician. You and I never discussed her having a yeast infection. You never reached out to me with these concerns. You never told me you scheduled an appointment for her to be seen in reference to a possible yeast infection. Would you agree that if you thought something about Adele's health and well being warranted a scheduled visit to see Dr. Coreil that you should have reached out to me to discuss this. To inform me of this possible infection? Let me be clear. You said 'we discussed all of that already' when in fact you did not discuss this with me. You did not communicate with me any concerns you had about Adele possibly having a yeast infection. Now you are trying to avoid accountability by saying  Adele told me about this yeast infection.

You as the parent should have communicated with me in reference to any health concerns regarding Adele, especially ones you feel need a scheduled appointment with her physician. That is what I'm asking you. My concern is always about Adele's health and well being. My concern is the lack of direct communication from you, as the parent, when you feel Adele requires medical attention, or when you assume she doesn't. Just out of precaution I'm going to have Adele's do a telehealth conference with a provider affiliated with Lourdes so they can check the status of the ringworm and any other bumps. She is not complaining of any discomfort, itching, or irritation. I just want to have a healthcare provider assess.

The diagnosis as well as the progress note have been posted to MyChart but to summarize The diagnosis is pityriasis rosea The NP believes the ring worm may have not been a ringworm but the start to this skin condition. There is no treatment and the bumps will go away in time. She said if they happen to start itching, we can apply a cortisone cream or give Benadryl. What is the referral for specifically? You had just gyn in the future but I don’t think you had specified and I did think it would be further in the future and that we were just preparing

I hear you. I don't agree with having her seen by that Dr yet. I'm going to do some research and get back with you about future arrangements with a gyn. Also, any future appointments made should be discussed with me ahead of time, prior to scheduling because I want to be there.

For Adele's dentist, my preference is Dr Fontenot. I am not familiar with Dr Vondenstein nor have I found much information regarding his practice or reviews from patients.  I have researched and found good patient reviews for Dr Fontenot, as well as know multiple people who use him, along with myself. As a patient of his for about 8 years, I can vouch for his approach to dental health, thoroughness, and overall attention to patient care.  As far as gyn; Ericka Broussard is Dr Fusilier's NP, and he will be retiring any day now. With him retiring, we're liable to have to switch Adele's physician in the event she needs anything done that is outside the scope of a nurse practitioner or if Ericka no longer stays at Acadiana Women's Health Group since she is under Dr Fusilier; this would defeat the purpose in establishing a relationship with a long-term provider. If we do go with Ericka and Adele needs anything outside of the scope of a NP, such as any kind of procedure, it would most likely be performed by a man in that practice.  I would like to wait until Adele is 14 and able to get in with Dr Alleyn where we would be guaranteed the same provider each time and under every circumstance.

Covid, flu, strep negative. They said viral. She gave her an excuse through Friday but said she can return Thursday if feels better/symptoms improve. Only reason not tomorrow is because of fever today. I’ll send papers when I get them. We are still in room waiting for them.

I am able to bring her to her dentist appointment on Friday May 23. In reference to this appointment, you said it was for pain. As I asked yesterday, when did she tell you she was having pain and what type of pain is it?

I don’t see where Adele was diagnosed with hemiplagic migraines. I think we should list a shortened version of the diagnosis made per Dr Habetz. Is there somewhere else you saw that diagnosis for her? What do you mean when you say fully prepped? If coach is confident enough to offer that to her, then she must believe Delly could do it. If Delly feels she is ready to run with high school, then I think she should go for it.

Dr. Dugas has not yet written her an excuse. That is in the works. But to address your concern, any and all Dr. appointments are excusable per LPSS guidelines. Schedule your appointment with her for whenever works best for you.

Per our conversation at Adele’s appt last week about New Orleans xc meet this upcoming Friday, you mentioned you were going and could take her and bring her back that night. I work Friday so I won’t be going if your plan is to still take her. If you are unable to, I will make arrangements to get her there. I'm not done with that situation. The only way he knew where to have the cops respond to, is if you gave him our address. That was traumatizing for Adele to be woken up out of her sleep by four sheriff's Deputies.

No, you knew, cause she said this morning that you told her last night when you called her at 1030 that you wanted to take her to the Dr. today to be seen about vomiting during her run. She also said last night that it was you who asked her if she wanted you to call the cops and an ambulance to come check her out and she told you no. So you can't sit here and tell me you just thought about taking her this morning. None the less that doesn't excuse the fact that you continue to not communicate with me in reference to your concerns about Adele's health or your plans to take her to seek treatment. Adele mentioned it was dark with green in it. I said she drank tea which could have contributed to the color. I did not say that was exactly why it was that color. Please do not indicate I said something that I did not say. She also ate chick fil a, some of a protein shake, chocolate pretzels, sweet tea and some grapes which could also alter the color of vomit. I did not have the opportunity to ask questions as I was not informed of the concerns and plan to bring her to a hospital. Adele isn’t feeling well. She’s coughing and having chills and fever. I’m doing at home flu Covid test right now. She went back to sleep so my dad is going to stay with her If you want to keep her until I get off of work, he can meet you a little later.

We are planning a cruise for summer of 2027. It would be from a Sunday- Saturday. I found these on Adele’s floor in a pile of stuff she dumped out of her backpack. If she wants to go to that flamenco one, she’ll need to get one turned in by tomorrow. This seems to be a recurring issue, based on just what was in this stack, so we need to make sure we address it with her before she misses out on things or before it may somehow affect grades/participation. I also want to bring up the two prior texts I sent about being in the process of trying to finalize a date for a cruise we will be taking as a family with the girls in summer of 2027. I've sent you two different dates to take a look at. Sunday June 13- Saturday June 19 afternoon Or Sunday July 25-Saturday July 31 afternoon As I mentioned in my previous text, I realize that these dates overlap your scheduled Friday night and Saturday. Because of that, I am asking if you would be willing to exchange your Friday (6/18 or 7/30) until Saturday afternoon (6/19 or 7/31) for any of my two days.
